Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes. We clean after renovations and new builds for homeowners, contractors, and builders across the GTA. You get a free walkthrough and a flat price in writing. Trades need to be finished, with power and water on. Call 249-444-5764 for a quote.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked before they ever walk into a client's place.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes. Regular clients get the same cleaner, so they learn your place and how you like it.
How do you price a clean?
By the size and type of your place. Send the quote form and we reply the same day with a flat price, plus HST. That's the price you pay, with no surprise hourly bill.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, on deep cleans, move-outs, and post-construction cleans: 25% to hold your spot, and it comes off your final bill.
How fast will I get my price?
The same day. Send us your details and we'll reply with your flat price.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. We take same-day and next-day jobs, plus evenings and weekends. Call or text 249-444-5764, or message us on WhatsApp, for the fastest answer.
Do I need to buy supplies?
No. We bring every supply and all the equipment.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes, on request. Just ask when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. Tell us what works for you and we'll plan around it.
How do I pay?
Credit or debit card, Interac e-Transfer, or cash. You get an invoice with a pay-now button.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule for free with at least 48 hours notice. With less notice, the deposit is kept. The full rules are in our terms.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole GTA, from Oshawa to Burlington and up to Newmarket. Not sure about your street? Just ask.
06Service terms
What we agree on.
Plain rules, so nobody is surprised. Booking a clean means agreeing to these.
- Price. Prices are flat, based on the size of your place, and shown before you book. Prices are plus HST. If the job is much bigger or dirtier than described, we'll tell you the new price before we start, and you can say no.
- Deposit. Deep cleans, move-outs, and post-construction cleans need a 25% deposit to hold your spot. It comes off your final bill.
- Cancelling. Cancel or reschedule for free with at least 48 hours notice. With less notice, the deposit is kept. If we can't make it, we'll tell you as soon as we know and you pay nothing.
- Getting in. You can be home, or leave a key or door code. If nobody's home and we can't get in, that visit counts as a late cancellation.
- What's included. Regular cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and dusting. Deep cleans also include inside the fridge, inside the oven, and interior windows. Balconies can be added. Anything else, just ask.
- What we don't do. Mould removal, pest problems, biohazards, heavy lifting, climbing above a step stool, or cleaning up after pets' accidents.
- Payment. Due when the job is done, by credit or debit card, Interac e-Transfer, or cash.
- If something's wrong. Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix that area. Every cleaner is background-checked.
- Your stuff. Please put away cash, jewellery, and anything fragile or precious before we arrive.
- Privacy. We only use your details to quote, book, and do the work. Our site uses Google Ads to measure when a visit leads to a booking.
- Photos of the work. We sometimes photograph a finished room for our website and Google page. Never your address, never your belongings, never anyone in the photo. Tell us at any time, before or after, and we'll leave your place out or take it down.
